Theodore H. Brogioli, 90

Theodore H. Brogioli, 90, of Wareham, MA, passed away at Tobey Hospital on February 11, 2024. He was born on December 31, 1933, in Quincy, MA, son of Anastacia (Hastings) Brogioli and Angelo T. Brogioli.

Ted attended Quincy Public Schools and graduated from Quincy High School in 1951. He was Class President and Captain of the football team. Recognized as a top-performing lineman, he was a Boston Globe All Star in 1950 and was inducted into The Quincy High School Football Hall of Fame in 2015. He went on to play at Thayer Academy in Braintree for a PG year. Ted joined the US Army in 1953 and served in Pennsylvania during The Korean War. He graduated from Fordham University with a degree in business. While at Fordham, he worked as a waiter at the famed Stork Club in New York City.

Ted owned his own business as a Manufacturers’ Rep. of building materials and worked well into his 70’s. He raised his family in Milford, MA. In 1991, he moved to Wareham, MA and lived out his dream of living on the beach.

With a winning smile, a twinkle in his eye, and an irresistible charm, Ted approached everything with fierce determination. He loved his family, boats, football, business, and current events. He could talk on any subject and was known to all for his generosity.

Ted is survived by his daughter, Stacie Fehrm, her husband Albert Fehrm, of Kingston, MA, and grandsons, Steven Fehrm of Boston, MA, and Kevin Fehrm of Denver, CO; his son Brian Brogioli, his wife Lori Brogioli, and granddaughter, Sarah Brogioli, of Charlestown, RI, grandsons, Eric Brogioli and his wife Victoria Brogioli of Northbridge, MA, and Patrick Brogioli of Providence, RI; his granddaughters, Jacqueline Brogioli, Julia Brogioli, and Jenna Brogioli of Mont Vernon, NH; his brother James H. Brogioli of Wareham, MA, several beloved nieces and nephews, and close friends. He was the father of the late John Brogioli.

A Celebration of Life will be held at East Bay Grille 173 Water Street, Waterfront in Plymouth, MA on Sunday, February 18, 2024, from 2-5 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to The VA Boston Healthcare System. Please visit www.warehamvillagefuneralhome.com
