The Blue Foot Cafe, at 379 Main Street, will feature the artwork of Kate Furler throughout the month of January.

Furler is a Swifts Beach artist, founder of the Canalside Artists and the current treasurer for the Bourne Wareham Art Association.

Furler has taught watercolors at both the Bourne and the Marion Council on Aging programs, and taught and painted in Ireland for ten years. She has been exploring the Southcoast area — as well as her garden — for inspiration for her watercolor works.

The Blue Foot Cafe, owned by Katie Gallagher, features a different local artist each month. All artwork is available for purchase or commissioned work upon request. Artists interested in displaying their work should contact Kate Furler at gramykrf@gmail.com.
