The Wareham Middle School has announced the students of the month for the month of January. 

Fifth grader Janyea Alves, sixth grader Hudson Kuklinski and seventh grader Xylah Cauley received fawning words of praise from their anonymous teachers.

Teachers cheered on Janyea’s positive energy and her ability to maintain a “contagious smile.”

In addition, teachers complimented her hard work and thoughtful contributions to classroom discussions.

In regard to Hudson, one teacher said, “Hudson is a multi-faceted student who has a never-quit mindset. His ability to strategize with others to create a plan of action is going to be one of his greatest assets.”

“When faced with adversity, he can think through a problem and deal with it in a manner that is calm and respectful,” they added. “His strong character and curiosity for knowledge make him a valuable contributor in any classroom.”

Teachers are excited to have Xylah in their classrooms. 

All of her teachers described how respectful, friendly and enthusastic about school she is. 

“She enjoys school and always comes in with the greatest smile and attitude,” one teacher said. “I feel so fortunate to work with her every day.”
