NOTIFICATION DATE: April 19, 2024
 
Public notice is hereby given of the waterways application by Safe Harbor Marina-Onset Bay to reconstruct and maintain an existing bulkhead and to relocate boat storage racks at 18 Green Street, in the municipality of Wareham, in the waters and filled tidelands of Onset Bay. The proposed project has been determined to be water-dependent.
 
The Department will consider all written comments on this Waterways application received within 30 days subsequent to the “Notification Date”. Failure of any aggrieved person or group of ten citizens or more, with at least five of the ten residents residing in the municipality(s) in which the  license or permitted activity is located, to  submit written comments to the Waterways Regulation Program by the Public Comments Deadline will result in the waiver of any right to an adjudicatory hearing in accordance with 310 CMR 9.13(4)(c).

The WAREHAM HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Boiler and Hot Water Heater Replacement at State Aided Development: Redwood Park (667-2) in Wareham, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by MACRITCHIE ENGINEERING INC. .
 
The Project consists of but not limited to:
This project involves the replacement of a condensing boiler and indirect domestic water heater in a 2-story elderly apartment building.
 
The work is estimated to cost $51,050.72.
 
All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 04/26/2024 at 12:00PM EDT for general bids.
 
Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive.
