Kim M. Maraccini, 71

Wareham-Kim M. Maraccini, 71, husband of Robin (Foote) Maraccini also of Wareham, passed away at home after a long illness. He was born in Somerville, MA, the son of the late Alvaro and Lillian (Freccero) Maraccini.

Kim grew up on Beacon Hill then moved to North Reading before moving to Wareham in 1989. An avid sportsman, Kim enjoyed hunting and fishing but most of all spending time with family and friends.  Kim worked for the Sonico Corp. until it’s closure and then Tremont Nail Corp. until it’s closure.   

He is survived by his three sons: Michael Maraccini (Meagan), Matthew Maraccini (Ruthanne) and Mark Maraccini (Tiffany). Brother of Marietta Maraccini and grandfather of 12. Nephew of Patricia Freccero of North Reading.  He was also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Grandfather of the late Mya Maraccini and brother of the late Paul Maraccini.

Memorial Visiting hours Saturday September 12, from 9-10:30 am in the Wareham Village Funeral Home 5 Center Street Wareham, MA . Graveside service will follow at 11 O'clock in Saint Patrick Cemetery, Tihonet Road Wareham, MA .  Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend.
