Pamela J. Dudley, 75

EAST WAREHAM – Pamela J. Dudley, 75, of E. Wareham, died Friday, April 12, 2024 at Morton Hospital in Taunton after a long illness. She was the wife of the late Robert W. Dudley.

Born in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Ada V. (Swanson) and Vincent L. Johnson. Mrs. Dudley previously worked for AMS Gas in Avon, and then as office manager for the Wareham Council on Aging for 15 years, retiring in 2019.

She enjoyed drawing, and cake decorating, and was also a talented woodworker and seamstress. For several years, Pam would crochet hats and scarves for Turning Point in Wareham. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her children, Krista Howes and her husband Josh of Wareham, Jeffrey Edwards and his wife Sherry of Rockland, Patrick Edwards and his wife Stacey of Middleboro, and Renee Chor and her husband John of Middleboro; her siblings, Richard Johnson of Wareham, Lorraine Dixon of Raynham, Jeannette Mennino of Easton and Ginger Wilson of Kingston, NH; 8 grandchildren, Ashley Lindelof, Kayla-Ann Edwards, Jeffrey Edwards, John Chor, Gabrielle Chor, Alex Chor, Rachel Edwards and Nora Edwards. She was predeceased by her siblings, the late Robert Johnson, Norma Glaser and Carol Mofford.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at Chapman Funerals & Cremations – Wareham, 2599 Cranberry Hwy. (Rt. 28), Wareham from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A celebration of life will follow immediately at the Red Men Hall, 745 Main Street, West Wareham, MA.
